Withum PC is seeking a Manager of Audit & Tax Marketing. Hybrid role, overseeing integrated marketing initiatives for the Audit and Tax practice within a national accounting and advisory firm.

You will drive growth through go-to-market campaigns, thought leadership, conferences, sponsorships, and content that strengthens brand position and accelerates pipeline. You will partner with practice leaders and marketing colleagues to shape multi-channel strategies, leverage AI tools for audience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including team leadership in professional services or B2B environments.
• Proven success in developing targeted marketing programs that drive growth and pipeline.
• Strong experience leading thought leadership and content marketing initiatives.
