Job summary

LIV Development, headquartered in Birmingham, AL, seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead property marketing across its multifamily portfolio and support corporate marketing initiatives. You will direct third-party management partners to maintain brand standards, drive leasing performance, and align marketing with business objectives.

You will oversee digital marketing, creative asset production, and performance analysis, ensuring consistency and quality across communities while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in multifamily real estate or related sectors.
• Experience leading multi-property or portfolio-level marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing strategy into integrated property-level campaigns to drive leasing performance and brand integrity.
• Lead day-to-day execution with third-party property management partners; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives: SEO, paid media, email, social, and online listings to maximize lead generation and occupancy.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to produce marketing assets (signage, photography, videography, virtual tours, collateral).
• Monitor performance with metrics (cost per lead, lead-to-lease, website traffic, occupancy) and optimize accordingly.
