Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Coordinator to support our Federal and Northeast Marketing team in Boston. The role focuses on developing proposals and statements of qualifications, preparing teams for shortlist interviews, and ensuring quality control across the pursuit from Dewberry and partner firms.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of AEC marketing experience, strong written and verbal communication, and robust project-management skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of AEC marketing experience with federal proposals preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities with deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal teams to develop responses and presentations.
• Manage multiple proposal efforts across target market segments.
• Understand client pursuits to improve content and processes.
• Coordinate with teams across offices and service lines.
• Lead sections of proposal documents and client meetings.
• QA/QC on proposals and marketing materials.
• Develop content like resumes, narratives, and executive summaries.
