Job summary

ChenMoore seeks a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead the development of compelling proposals and qualifications for private and public sector clients. You will collaborate with technical teams to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging submissions, with a focus on layout, typography, and information hierarchy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, graphic design or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in the AE/C industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local government and federal pursuits with internal and external pursuit team members.
• Develop proposals, presentations, graphics and marketing material with technical staff.
• Write non-technical content and edit proposals for messaging and persuasiveness.
• Create strategic graphics for proposal and project needs.
• Maintain resumes, company information, project descriptions and photography for proposals and SOQs.
