Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in A/E/C marketing or related field.
• 10+ years developing SF-330 and equally complex proposals.
• Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Adobe CC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end proposal lifecycle from RFI to final submission.
• Coordinate with client managers, PMs, SMEs to craft response strategies.
• Lead multiple proposals across diverse markets and service offerings.
• Develop and maintain capture plans for pursuits.
• QA/QC proposals and marketing materials.
• Mentor junior marketing staff and manage deadlines.
• Ensure branding and compliance standards across materials.
