Job summary

ChenMoore is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator with A/E/C industry experience to join our marketing team. This role focuses on pursuit strategy, writing, and coordination with a heightened graphic sensibility to elevate proposals and qualifications packages.

You will collaborate with technical teams to produce visually engaging submissions and lead the development of polished materials, using InDesign and the broader Creative Suite. Strong PowerPoint skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, graphic design or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a marketing professional in the A/E/C industry.
• Elevated graphic composition and layout understanding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines; lead proposal kick-off meetings and reviews.
• Experience with local marketing or A/E/C organizations; attend events for the firm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local government and federal pursuits with pursuit team members.
• Develop proposals, presentations, graphics, and marketing materials with technical staff.
• Write non-technical content and edit proposals for messaging and persuasiveness.
• Create strategic graphics for proposals and projects.
• Maintain resumes, company information, project descriptions, and photography for proposals and SOQs.
• Perform general marketing-related administrative duties as requested.
• Assist with public relations efforts and client events.
