Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Business Partner leads marketing development in the western United States, covering Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho. This role is part of the national marketing team, reporting to the CMO, and focuses on elevating regional marketing practices, including pursuit development, event strategy, research, and digital marketing. The position combines strategic planning and hands-on support for marketing communications, proposal execution, and program development, working closely with senior leaders and regional directors to ensure marketing excellence and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with marketing and client development teams, advising on tools, best practices, and resources.
  • Oversee consistency efforts in operations, including quality control, onboarding, training, and leadership development.
  • Communicate growth strategies and marketing tactics developed at the national level to regional and local offices.
  • Partner with corporate marketing to leverage digital, PR, and design resources, guiding the graphic design team as needed.
  • Collaborate with client development teams on pursuit strategies, proposals, and interview coaching, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Train and mentor teams on pursuit coordination, team building, and goal management.
  • Work with operations leadership to align marketing plans with regional business growth.
  • Serve as an SME for pre-sell materials, statements of qualifications, and presentations.
  • Promote quality monitoring and continuous improvement in projects and processes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate research into regional market data.
  • Organize and track thought leadership and award initiatives.
  • Understand project risks and assist in marketing perspectives for M&A activities.
  • Lead safety initiatives and promote a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Must reside within one of the specified western states.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, with 12+ years of experience; or 16+ years of related experience without a degree.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
Preferred Certification
  • Certified Professional Services Marketer (preferred).

This is a "Remote Only" position, working from home or another location without a designated office workspace.

Salary range: $101,200 - $156,900, adjusted based on location and experience.
