Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Business Partner leads marketing development in the western United States for Terracon, covering Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho. This role is part of the national marketing team, reporting to the CMO, and focuses on elevating regional marketing practices, including pursuit development, event strategy, research, and digital marketing. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on support for marketing communications, proposals, and program enhancement, ensuring marketing excellence and consistency across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with marketing and client development teams, advising on tools, best practices, and resources.
  • Oversee consistency efforts in operations, including quality control, onboarding, training, and leadership development.
  • Communicate growth strategies and marketing tactics at the national level to regional teams.
  • Partner with corporate marketing to leverage digital, PR, and design resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with client development teams on pursuit strategies, proposals, and coaching.
  • Train and mentor teams on pursuit coordination and goal management.
  • Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with business growth.
  • Review and strategize pre-sell materials and presentations.
  • Monitor quality standards and promote continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide regional market insights.
  • Organize thought leadership and award initiatives.
  • Lead safety efforts and promote a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Located within the western states listed above.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, with 12+ years of experience, or 16+ years' experience without a degree.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
Preferred Certification
  • Certified Professional Services Marketer.

This is a 'Remote Only' position, with no designated office workspace, primarily working from home.

Salary range: $101,200 - $156,900, adjusted based on location and experience.
