The Senior Marketing Business Partner leads the marketing development within the western part of the United States for Terracon, covering Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho. This role is part of the national marketing team, reporting to the CMO, and focuses on elevating regional marketing practices, including pursuit development, event strategy, research, and digital marketing. It involves both strategic planning and hands-on support for marketing communications, proposal execution, and program enhancement, working closely with senior leaders and regional directors to ensure marketing excellence and consistency.
This is a "Remote Only" position, primarily working from home or another location.
The salary range is $101,200-$156,900, adjusted based on location and experience.
