General Responsibilities:

The Senior Marketing Business Partner leads the marketing development within the western part of the United States for Terracon, covering Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho. They are a member of the national marketing team and report to the CMO. The role involves elevating regional marketing practices, supporting marketing communications, proposal execution, and guiding marketing programs to ensure excellence and consistency across the company, working with senior leaders and regional directors.

Essential Roles And Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with marketing and client development teams, advising on tools, best practices, and resources.
• Oversee consistency efforts in operations, including quality control, onboarding, training, and leadership development.
• Communicate growth strategies and marketing tactics to regional teams and leaders.
• Partner with corporate marketing to utilize resources in digital, PR, and design, and guide the graphic design team.
• Collaborate with client development teams on pursuit strategies, proposals, and coaching.
• Train, coach, and mentor teams on pursuit management and team building.
• Develop marketing plans aligned with regional business goals.
• Serve as SME and quality reviewer for marketing materials.
• Monitor and improve quality standards and practices.
• Promote initiatives in client development and marketing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide regional market data.
• Organize and track thought leadership and awards.
• Understand project risks and support M&A marketing efforts.
• Lead safety initiatives and promote a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Location within the western states listed above.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related with 12 years’ experience, or 16 years’ experience without a degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.

Preferred Certification:

• Certified Professional Services Marketer

This is a "Remote Only" position, working from home or another location.

Salary range: $101,200 - $156,900, adjusted based on location and experience.
