Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience running marketing operations day to day.
• Proven track record identifying, scoping, and driving automation and orchestration.
• Strong command of data governance, change control, and lead lifecycle.
• Experience with marketing technology stacks in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Run the marketing operations engine: manage intake, campaigns, lead flow, provisioning.
• Own governance and systems standard: data taxonomy, naming, access, and attribution models.
• Identify and drive agentic automation: orchestrate Cloudflare OS driven automation.
• Shape the systems architecture with Engineering for a coherent data layer.
