Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a Marketing Strategy and Operations Lead to partner with the CMO and run the org's operating system. You will shape the strategic agenda, plan rhythm, and AI-enabled workflows while aligning budgets, headcount, and cross-functional GTM initiatives.

In this senior role, you’ll own the annual/quarterly planning, OKR discipline, and leadership narratives, guiding teams through AI-enabled change and ensuring the brand remains exceptional while driving impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, engineering, chief of staff, consulting, or marketing/GTM ops.
• AI-native operator able to apply AI tools to workflows and drive change.
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing and GTM motions with measurement.
• Strong financial ownership: budgets, headcount, forecasts, investments.
• Exceptional program management and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic agenda and shape priorities for the marketing org.
• Translate the CMO vision into a clear strategy and options.
• Design and run the operating system for the marketing org.
• Own annual and quarterly planning, OKR discipline, and reviews.
• Lead marketing budgets and headcount planning with Finance.
• Champion AI-driven ways of working across marketing.
• Drive end-to-end strategic initiatives from 0 to 1.
• Build cross-functional relationships for GTM and system alignment.
• Define metrics, reporting cadences, and leadership narratives.
