SolarWinds is seeking a Staff Marketing Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team. This role analyzes performance trends, drives customer insights, and supports our marketing programs with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing analytics experience.
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics: data capture, measurement, reporting, and translating insights into business actions.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and translate business needs into technical implementations.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and web analytics platforms (Adobe/Google Analytics).

Responsabilités

• Track weekly and monthly business performance with marketing teams and recommend adjustments.
• Use data from key applications (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Marketo, Salesforce) to answer business questions.
• Drive improvements in conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing and measurement.
• Provide ad hoc and deep analyses, synthesize recommendations, and present actionable results.
• Translate complex analytic results into actionable strategies for stakeholders.
