Job summary

Merkle is seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as the main contact for a major retail client. You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure campaigns run on-time and to spec using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze.

You'll build strong relationships with client stakeholders, manage SOWs and contracts, and lead multi-project programs with a focus on delivering value and measurable results in a hybrid or remote Colorado-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years related agency experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.
• Experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with multiple projects.
• Client-facing experience and ability to present to clients.
• Knowledge of contracts and managing a SOW and scope creation.
• Ability to leverage business experience to identify new opportunities.
• Strong listening and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support or act as the primary contact for day-to-day delivery team and client.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure campaigns are on schedule.
• Run internal and external client meetings and maintain daily communications with contacts.
• Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables.
• Identify areas to improve existing processes.
• Provide leadership and operational efficiencies to the delivery team.
• Disseminate information to appropriate parties for execution.
• Apply critical thinking to identify and mitigate delivery risks.
• Manage multiple email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze.
