Job summary

Dentsu is hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead day-to-day client delivery on a major retail client, serving as the primary contact for the client, other agencies, and Merkle. The role focuses on maintaining client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and creating value through strong account management and interpersonal skills.

This position requires partnering with client and Merkle stakeholders, managing SOWs, and ensuring timely, efficient marketing execution across channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of related agency experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.
• Experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Support or act as the primary contact for day-to-day delivery team and client.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and other teams to ensure campaign schedules and processes are clear and adhered to.
• Run internal and external client meetings; daily communication with key internal and external contacts.
• Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables.
• Identify areas to improve existing processes and bring leadership to the delivery team.
• Disseminate information for execution and manage delivery risks.
