Job summary

Dentsu, Merkle’s team, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of email/SMS/mobile push campaigns for a major retail client. You will be the main client contact, coordinating with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution of marketing strategies.

This role requires 6+ years in digital marketing or marketing operations, experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years related agency experience.
• Experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent, proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with client-facing responsibilities and presenting to clients.
• Knowledge of contracts and managing a SOG, scope creation and management.
• Ability to leverage business acumen to identify new opportunities.
• Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support or act as the primary contact for day-to-day delivery team and client.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and other teams to ensure campaign schedules and processes are clear.
• Run internal and external client meetings; daily communication with key contacts.
• Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing processes.
• Provide leadership and operational efficiencies to the delivery team.
• Maintain big-picture awareness and disseminate information for execution.
• Apply critical thinking to identify and mitigate delivery risks.
• Manage multiple email campaigns concurrently in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze.
