Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. is seeking a Senior Account Coordinator to support Merkle Digital Messaging. This role focuses on end-to-end email campaign execution, coordinating internal and external teams, and maintaining campaign documentation.

The position offers remote work from Colorado with hub-office collaboration when required. The successful candidate will have 2+ years in client services or account management, familiarity with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus, and strong Excel

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in client services / account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department.
Experience with online/offline creative development and production, digital/multichannel marketing, and email deployment platforms.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

Drive development of email campaigns and production execution with timely, accurate deliverables.
Coordinate meetings, track open jobs, and manage campaigns and documentation.
Prioritize and manage multiple campaigns, monitor post-launch metrics, and ensure error-free work.
