Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Market Development Analyst to drive growth across our pharma, biotech, and partnership client segments. You will turn market intelligence into commercial opportunities by identifying high-potential prospects, uncovering white-space opportunities, and providing actionable insights to help Business Development teams engage the right clients.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in market development, inside sales, BD analytics, or related commercial role.
Strong ability to turn complex market and commercial data into actionable insights.
Experience with CRM and market intelligence tools; Salesforce preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification: Research target accounts, industry trends, and competitive activity.
Identify and prioritize high-potential prospects and white-space opportunities.
Map key stakeholders and relationship gaps within target accounts.
Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for BD leadership.
Pipeline Development & Commercial Analytics: Maintain Salesforce data; analyze pipeline coverage and metrics.
Develop reports and dashboards to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Support BD leaders with account insights, briefings, and data-driven recommendations.
Prospect Engagement: Identify decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator; support targeted outreach.
Help generate qualified meetings and new business opportunities across priority accounts.
