Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex marine inspection and forensic engineering projects across piers, wharves, and waterfront structures.

You will direct engineers, divers, and technicians, develop work plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with public and private clients to deliver defensible assessments. The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, and clear communications with stakeholders, ensuring projects meet regulatory and client requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6+ years of PM experience, or 10+ years in PM.
• Proven track record managing larger-scale projects or programs.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Experience using project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead marine inspection and forensic engineering projects, including above-water and underwater assessments.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams of engineers, divers, and technicians.
• Develop inspection work plans, scope, and reporting deliverables.
• Manage scope changes, schedules, and budgets with a focus on safety and quality.
• Serve as primary client liaison with port authorities, municipalities, and owners.
• Oversee preparation of condition assessments, load ratings, and rehabilitation plans.
