Ideal candidate has PE and a strong background in project management, leadership, and collaboration with clients. Travel to sites and coordination with internal teams are essential to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC) with 4+ years of experience, or 8 years equivalent.
• Proven project management experience delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver waterfront and coastal infrastructure projects from concept to construction.
• Mentor engineers and designers; oversee all project phases and ensure quality and safety.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules; monitor profitability.
• Prepare proposals and manage client relationships; seek new opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Practice Leader and cross-functional teams to strengthen client ties.
• Oversee site visits, construction support, and project closeout.
