The Senior Project Manager will oversee highly complex energy projects, coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget. The role requires strong leadership, superb communication, and a proven track record in large-scale project delivery, with emphasis on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) with 6+ years of experience in project management, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's Degree in related field (AEC Industry) preferred.
• Experience expanding project management duties on large programs.
• Proven success delivering large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards, quality assurance and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project(s), including technical staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and communicate the Project Management Plan with objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop project-specific scope of work and contract documents per client requirements.
• Effectively manage project scope to align with client expectations.
• Maintain project schedules and address delays to minimize timeline impact.
• Monitor budgets and expenditure; implement cost-control measures.
• Uphold high-quality standards and QA processes.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain professional communication.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project success.
• Ensure compliance with contract scope, schedule, and change orders.
• Allocate resources and staff to meet project demands.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks; develop mitigation plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare contingency plans.
