Coastal Marine Construction, LLC is seeking a seasoned Civil Construction Project Manager to lead large marine projects such as piers and cofferdams. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, manage budgets, schedules, and coordination with clients and subcontractors on coastal sites.

The role requires extensive PM experience in heavy civil/marine work, with travel and extended hours as needed. Equal opportunity employer with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in heavy civil or marine construction, with PM experience
• Experience with pile driving, cofferdams and marine foundations
• Proficient with project scheduling and cost control tools
• PMP, CCM, OSHA 30 or related certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction to completion
• Develop schedules, budgets, procurement plans and forecasts
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors and clients
• Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders and documentation
• Conduct site visits and ensure safety and quality compliance
• Lead meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and drive accountability
