Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Marine Structures Project Manager to lead waterfront and coastal infrastructure projects from concept through construction, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

The role requires a PE license and a Bachelor's degree in an AEC field with 4+ years of experience, plus strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills to manage teams and project scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) with 4+ years of experience or 8 years equivalent.
• Proven project management experience with successful deliveries.
• PE license required; ability to obtain within 6 months may be referenced in onboarding materials.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers and designers for waterfront projects.
• Oversee all project phases from concept to construction.
• Develop scopes, budgets, and schedules to meet goals.
• Prepare proposals and ensure quality control on documents.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue future opportunities.
• Ensure profitability and efficiency across projects.
