Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• General knowledge of electronic component handling.
• Knowledge of process flows including flow charts and written processes.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and Jabil systems.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production line at middle level.
• Perform line changeovers and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Provide recommendations to improve line balancing and machine programs.
• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor to achieve daily targets and efficiency.
• Identify and address quality issues in real time on the line.
• Maintain visual standards on the manufacturing floor.
