Job summary

Jabil is seeking a leader to direct the Machine Support group, overseeing maintenance programs, production scheduling, and quality adherence across a skilled team. You will recruit and develop engineers, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 3+ years in maintenance management, with hands-on SMT and through-hole experience, SPC knowledge, and strong leadership skills. This is an on-site position at Jabil.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• At least three years in maintenance management or an equivalent role.
• Hands-on knowledge of SMT and through-hole equipment and processes.
• Strong understanding of SPC, DFx, and process optimization.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating large workcells.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Machine Support group and align schedules with production goals.
• Recruit, interview, and hire technical staff; coach and develop the team.
• Establish and track operational metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Plan line moves, manage maintenance programs, and supervise vendors.
• Ensure safety, adherence to procedures, and quality standards.
