Job summary

Comfort Systems USA in Missouri seeks a Senior Operations Project Manager to lead high-value manufacturing and operations projects, owning outcomes across multiple programs. You will set execution strategy, mentor OPM teams, drive continuous improvement, and partner with leadership to standardize processes across TAS manufacturing operations.

The role requires 8–12+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, ERP/MRP proficiency, and strong Earned Value

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, or project execution.
  • Proven track record leading large, complex projects or programs.
  • Experience owning project financials and schedules across multiple projects.
  • Mentoring or leading other project/operations professionals.
  • Advanced ERP / MRP proficiency and strong blueprint and P&ID interpretation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of large, complex projects ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Define execution strategy including labor planning, capacity management, sequencing, and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as primary Operations authority for assigned projects with decision impact on cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Translate strategy and forecasts into executable operational plans across fabrication, assembly, test, and shipment.
  • Develop and maintain work breakdown structures and provide executive-level reporting.
