Qualifications

• Must have 6–10 years of stainless steel fabrication, industrial construction experience.
• 3–5 years of labor management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read documents and drawings and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and operate in a high‑pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide research, cost basis and analysis to support operational objectives.
• Assist estimating on means, methods, sequences, schedule, material breakdowns, rentals and field hours.
• Lead field crews through tool repair, maintenance and readiness for job sites.
• Direct safety planning, training and discipline to align with safety objectives.
• Develop and organize job site layouts, work plans and execution strategies.
• Mentor site supervisors in customer, subcontractor and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with project management to manage scope, schedule and costs.
