Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent training preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/execution leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic execution of large, complex manufacturing projects.
• Mentor and guide OPM I/II teams and ensure alignment across functions.
• Identify and mitigate risks; drive continuous improvement and standardization.
