Job summary

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. seeks an Operations Project Manager I to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex manufactured systems. You will coordinate Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management and Purchasing while ensuring accurate drawings, BOMs, work orders and material availability.

Key duties include shop-floor scheduling, work order maintenance, labor forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operations and meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Experience with ERP, BOMs, and MRP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Production / Project Execution Plans to meet delivery schedules.
• Verify drawings, BOMs, work orders, and material availability for manufacturing.
• Monitor and report progress against schedules; manage shop workload.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing and Quality.
• Expedite materials and control non-conformances; support revision control.
