Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, or project execution in heavy/industrial environments.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex, high-risk projects with financial and schedule ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large, complex manufacturing projects and programs.
• Define and drive execution strategy including labor planning, capacity management, sequencing, and risk mitigation.
• Act as senior escalation point for cross-functional execution issues spanning multiple departments.
• Mentor OPM I/II team members to ensure consistent execution practices.
• Drive risk management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for significant operational issues.
• Champion standardization of OPM tools, dashboards, and reporting cadence.
