Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to safeguard a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems in a fast-paced plant setting.

You will work with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms and Rockwell tools, read complex blueprints, and perform precise welding and machining. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair in manufacturing.
• Reading and interpreting complex technical documents including blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency with Rockwell FactoryTalk/PLC platforms and diagnostic equipment.
• Experience with welding and machining on metals, plastics, and composites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, healthy work environment by applying GMP and food safety standards.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Perform electrical wiring on moderately complex control circuits.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues via repair, adjustment, or parts replacement.
• Support autonomous maintenance by training operators on basic mechanical skills.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, productivity, efficiency, and reliability.
