Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to guide a team of approximately 25 operations associates. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while fostering a culture of zero injuries and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and Distribution to maximize uptime and lead TPM practices. Strong Lean and Six Sigma exposure is valued.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• xLeadership experience supervising teams of 10+ employees in Lean manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP or similar manufacturing systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to spend significant time on the manufacturing floor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of approximately 25 operations associates through hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, development, and recognition.
• Drive best-in-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics.
• Promote a culture focused on achieving zero injuries through safety observations, audits, training, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure consistent product quality by leadership of right-first-time execution, layered process audits, and root cause corrective actions.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and Distribution teams to maximize equipment uptime through TPM and preventive maintenance.
