Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead safe, efficient, lean logistics operations at one of its manufacturing facilities in Knoxville. You will supervise inbound/outbound activities, oversee a team of logistics staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing schedules and KPIs, and enforcing compliance with GMPs and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge required.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse management, inventory, delivery, or operations.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership supervising frontline employees and presenting to leadership.
• Experience with material handling equipment and capacity planning.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Inventory Control and Shipping/Receiving teams; develop and implement standard work processes.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Kaizen, TPM, and 5S.
• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values through servant leadership and clear communication.
• Ensure GMPs, PPE, OSHA, DOT safety compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, HR, Finance, Safety).
• Manage schedules, payroll edits, and KPIs; generate leadership reports.
• Drive engagement and apply performance management practices.
• Perform daily facility checks (safety equipment, docks, forklifts, cleanliness).
• Provide leadership coverage for logistics staff as needed.
