Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Business Process Engineer to lead the Manufacturing Development Process rollout across product lines and sites. You will mature and expand the existing process, close gaps with stakeholders, and deploy resources, templates, and tools for effective implementation within Manufacturing Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, operations, design, or related fields.
• 2+ years with web-based platforms like Lucidchart, Airtable, GitHub.
• 8+ years total experience in relevant domains.
• Understanding of product lifecycle and manufacturing readiness.
• Strong business acumen with hardware sense.
• Ability to influence across levels and disciplines.
• Balance detail with speed in decision making.
• U.S. Person due to export control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Introduce the MDP framework to stakeholders across all levels within manufacturing and related teams.
• Collaborate with MDP Project Managers to identify pain points and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain MDP metrics and dashboards for data consolidation and visibility.
• Communicate MDP importance to technical and non-technical audiences; tailor strategies.
• Synthesize manufacturing risk information for leadership and decision makers.
• Adapt MDP rollout across product lines for various contracts and standards.
• Create actionable resources (templates, flowcharts, guides) to drive adoption.
• Build cross-organizational relationships to understand pain points and workflows.
