Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Development Project Manager to expand the Manufacturing Development Process (MDP) across product lines, tracking implementation progress, product health, and manufacturing risks while aligning cross-functional partners.

You will bridge manufacturing engineering and program management, build tailored templates, dashboards, and business cases to improve readiness and reduce risk, with 70/30 emphasis on PM and manufacturing

Qualifications

3+ years in PM or manufacturing-related roles.
8+ years overall experience in relevant domains.
Direct hardware development experience with business acumen.
Business process creation, rollout, and adoption experience.
Ability to influence without authority and create change.
Understanding of product lifecycle and manufacturing readiness.
Bias toward action with strategic thinking.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Introduce the MDP framework to stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, PM, Quality, etc.
Lead MDP rollout and align milestones with program schedules and priorities.
Communicate MDP value to technical and non-technical audiences.
Create dashboards to visualize risks and escalate to senior leaders.
Facilitate manufacturing-driven product maturity checkpoints.
Create resources to implement MDP and drive adoption.
Build relationships with engineers, PMs, technicians and advocate for manufacturing.
