Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing process development.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience optimizing manual assembly operations and establishing standardized work.
• Proficiency with CAD for assembly documentation and tooling design.
• Experience with MES and digital work instructions; strong communication in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manual assembly processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and repeatability in a high-volume, low-mix production environment.
• Develop comprehensive manufacturing work instructions with clear visual aids for consistent production quality.
• Engineer and optimize dispensing operations for adhesives, sealants, and thermal materials.
• Provide lineside support during production and address deviations to maintain flow.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to improve processes.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production to ensure manufacturability of products.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and defects.
• Develop and validate process parameters with clear control limits.
• Support new product introductions from prototype to production.
