Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize warehouse and material flow across a global manufacturing platform. You will partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Business Operations to drive best-in-class quality, reliability, speed, and asset utilization while meeting deployment timelines.

The role requires ownership of process improvements, experience with high-rate manufacturing, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
3+ years in a high-rate supply chain or manufacturing environment.
Ability to read technical docs, CAD data, and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Willingness to relocate for onsite work in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across programs from development to full-rate production.
Identify bottlenecks and align owners across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality.
Own metrics and KPIs for line health, cycle time, throughput, and inventory accuracy.
Conduct time studies to improve warehouse and operations efficiency.
Develop workflows for highly variable demands across multiple sites.
Create tools to improve work demand forecasting using data-driven methods.
Translate reports into actionable tasks to improve warehouse performance.
Push improvements quickly to the floor and iterate toward world-class levels.
