Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Business Process Engineer to scale the Manufacturing Development Process (MDP) across multiple product lines and sites. You will mature processes, close gaps with cross-functional stakeholders, and deploy templates and tools to enable manufacturing readiness throughout the product lifecycle.

The role blends business and technical acumen, focusing on concurrent engineering principles and DoW, MRL, AS9100, and AS6500 frameworks to drive scalable manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, operations, design, or related change management.
• 2+ years using web-based tools such as Lucidchart, Airtable and GitHub for process flows.
• 8+ years of overall experience in relevant domains.
• Understanding of product lifecycle from design to production.
• Strong business acumen with hardware knowledge.
• Ability to influence across all levels and disciplines.
• Balance detail orientation with speed and scrappy execution.
• Process thinker with a focus on business impact.
• U.S. Person for access to controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Introduce the MDP framework to stakeholders from ICs to VPs.
• Collaborate with MDP Project Managers to address process gaps.
• Develop and maintain MDP metrics and dashboards.
• Consolidate data sources into a single, streamlined source.
• Communicate MDP importance to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Formalize MDP into SOPs while keeping product-line flexibility.
• Explain manufacturing readiness to leadership and teams.
• Tailor MDP implementation across product lines and sites.
