Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Process Engineer to develop, expand, and roll out the Manufacturing Development Process across multiple product lines.

You will mature existing processes, close gaps with cross-functional stakeholders, and deploy internal resources, templates, and tools to facilitate business process implementation by Manufacturing Engineering teams. The successful candidate will have a mix of business and technical acumen, with a strong focus on product

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
• 2+ years using web-based tools such as Lucidchart, Airtable, GitHub.
• 8+ years overall in relevant domains.
• Understanding of product lifecycle and manufacturing readiness.
• Strong business acumen with hardware engineering knowledge.
• Ability to influence across all levels and disciplines.
• Balance detail-oriented thinking with fast execution.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export-controlled information access.

Responsibilities

• Introduce the MDP framework to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with MDP Project Managers to implement processes.
• Develop and maintain MDP metrics and dashboards.
• Communicate MDP importance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Articulate manufacturing readiness to cross-functional audiences.
• Tailor MDP implementation across product lines and contracts.
• Champion initiatives across teams and sites with tactical resources.
• Build relationships and influence across organizations.
