Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking an Operations Project Manager II to independently plan, execute, and deliver moderate-scope manufacturing projects. You will lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, and Planning from Houston facilities.

Your role requires 5–8 years of experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in EVA, CPI, SPI, and forecasting. This position emphasizes continuous improvement and adherence to TAS operational standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing/operations or project execution.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution accountability.
• Experience with cost and schedule management using CPI/SPI and ETC/EAC.
• Familiarity with fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Production and Project Execution Plans.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, and Planning.
• Own project cost and schedule performance with CPI/SPI analysis.
• Identify and mitigate execution risks related to labor, materials, and capacity.
• Lead corrective action planning for variances in cost, schedule, or quality.
• Coordinate with EPC Scheduler to align internal, customer, and vendor schedules.
• Create redlines for shop drawings and initiate ECNs based on redlines.
• Develop labor forecasts and resource plans for fabrication and assembly.
• Support recovery planning and reprioritization when constraints arise.
• Participate in design reviews to assess constructability and risk.
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures.
