Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking an Operations Project Manager I to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery by coordinating Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management and Purchasing.

You will verify drawings, BOMs, and material availability, manage scheduling, and drive lean improvements across production. The role requires 3-5 years in a heavy industrial setting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP and project-management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years in Industrial/Manufacturing/Operations in heavy manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and BOM/work orders.

Responsibilities

• Develop Production / Project Execution Plan to meet delivery schedules.
• Review drawings, BOMs, work orders, and material availability.
• Forecast labor and develop manufacturing strategy for projects.
• Ensure balanced shop workload and monitor schedules.
• Track progress and report to schedules; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, QA, logistics and planning.
