Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking an Operations Project Manager I to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality products. You will coordinate Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management and Purchasing, ensuring drawings, BOMs, work orders, and materials are accurate throughout fabrication and assembly.

The role emphasizes shop-floor scheduling, resource management, and process improvements, with expediting and cross-functional teamwork to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Industrial/Manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Production / Project Execution Plan to meet delivery schedule.
  • Review drawings, specifications, BOMs, work orders and material availability during manufacturing.
  • Plan labor forecasts & manufacturing strategy for projects.
  • Ensure balanced shop workload and monitor progress against schedules.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics and Production Planning.
  • Expedite materials to maintain schedule deliverables.
  • Coordinate revision control and redline processes.
  • Lead and participate in project team meetings.
