Job summary

TAS Energy is seeking an Operations Project Manager I to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality products. You will coordinate Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management and Purchasing, and verify drawings, BOMs, and MRP data to support manufacturing.

Responsibilities include shop-floor scheduling, material expediting, and cross-functional coordination to maintain schedules and drive process improvements. The role requires strong organizational and ERP/PM tool experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Fabrication, Welding & Assembly processes.
• Experience in labor budgeting and ETC/EAC for projects.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Experience building and working with BOMs and monitoring work orders in an MRP system.
• High proficiency in Blueprint reading and P&ID interpretation.
• Lean or ISO 9001 experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop Production / Project Execution Plan for the assigned project to meet delivery schedule.
• Review and verify drawings, specifications, BOMs, work orders and material availability.
• Participate in labor forecast planning and manufacturing strategy for the projects.
• Ensure balanced or level shop workload.
• Track and report progress to schedules and monitor in-process work orders.
• Coordinate and communicate between Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics and Production Planning.
• Perform in-house expediting as needed to maintain schedule deliverables.
• Coordinate and documentation of rework occurrences and report root causes.
• Facilitation of revision control/“red line” process.
• Participation and coordination of project team meetings.
