Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking an Operations Project Manager II in Houston, TX to independently plan, execute, and deliver moderate-scope manufacturing and operations projects. You will lead cross‑functional teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Planning to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, cost and schedule control, and experience with EV, CPI, and SPI techniques. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and Six Sigma exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Independent planning, execution, and delivery of moderate-scope projects.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Planning.
• Ability to manage cost, schedule, and risk with EV analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Production and Project Execution Plans aligned with objectives.
• Lead cross-functional execution activities across multiple departments.
• Manage project cost, schedule performance, CPI/SPI analysis, and EAC forecasts.
