Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking an Operations Project Manager I to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery by coordinating Manufacturing, Engineering, PM, and Purchasing.

The role ensures accurate drawings, BOMs, work orders, and materials, and improves shop-floor scheduling and production resource management. You will work with cross‑functional teams, perform in‑house expediting, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement in operations processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering required; substitution allowed for military leadership/technical work experience.
• Lean or ISO 9001 experience appreciated.
• Strong scheduling, costing and project execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop Production/Project Execution Plan to meet delivery schedules.
• Verify drawings, BOMs, work orders, and material availability.
• Forecast labor and manufacturing strategy for projects.
• Balance shop workload and monitor progress against schedules.
