• 3+ years leading direct reports in manufacturing operations.
• Experience with Six-Sigma / CORE and lean manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large team across two shifts to optimize cell performance and productivity.
• Direct scheduling, sequencing, and production innovation to meet schedules.
• Manage materials, logistics, and supplier/customer coordination.
• Set long-term objectives and performance guidelines for manufacturing operations.
• Oversee quality, cost reduction, and process improvements.
• Support travel up to 10% as needed.
