You will oversee shop floor activities, workforce planning, production scheduling, and operational performance while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility required for access to program information.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations, including shop floor activities and workforce management.
• Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow to meet commitments.
• Monitor metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive audits and CAPAs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts.
• Ensure safety compliance and interface with customers to resolve issues.
