Qualifications

• BS degree in Business or Engineering or related experience.
• Minimum of three years related experience and supervision in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Use Lean principles to empower people and meet business objectives.
• Maintain and improve shift communication for seamless execution.
• Lead continuous improvement of safety, quality, and delivery; eliminate waste.
• Establish lean manufacturing objectives and continuous improvement goals.
• Develop and monitor team objectives; track visually on KPI boards.
• Match skills to production needs to maximize utilization and quality.
• Apply problem-solving tools such as 5 Why and root-cause countermeasures.
• Manage Performance Management System and salary administration.
• Set and maintain the department operating budget.
• Administer policies to maintain high employee morale.
• Model Leadership Standards and mobilize empowered teams.
• Cross-train team members to stay flexible for customer needs.
