Collins Aerospace is seeking a 2nd Shift Senior Operations Supervisor to lead a ~30-person team in aftermarket repair operations. You will drive safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost improvements while fostering a accountable, engaged workforce.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to FAA-regulated work instructions. A university degree and 2nd shift availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have university degree or advanced degree with relevant experience.
• 2nd shift availability: Mon-Fri 3:30PM–12AM.
• Experience leading production/operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ~30 union employees.
• Provide hands-on leadership for second shift operations.
• Plan staffing, workflow and resources to meet TAT, delivery and productivity goals.
• Monitor shift performance and address safety, quality and throughput issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance and Customer Service to resolve issues.
