Collins Aerospace, Simpsonville, SC, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee onsite production, drive safety, quality, and operational excellence. You will lead about 200 direct and indirect reports and implement Lean practices aligned with the site’s strategy.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing with leadership, QMS experience (AS9100/ISO 9001), and ERP usage, with an onsite shift Mon-Thurs 3:30 PM–2:00 AM.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in manufacturing/operations
• 4+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or operations
• 2+ years experience with a QMS such as AS9100/ISO 9001 or equivalent
• Experience using ERP systems for manufacturing transactions and data accuracy

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely production of quality products.
• Implement Lean management systems and leader standard work.
• Oversee training and development of ~200 direct and indirect reports.
• Champion safety initiatives and CORE programs across manufacturing areas.
• Standardize best practices with job instructions and checklists.
• Collaborate with planning and logistics to optimize scheduling and materials flow.
